We are also equipped to help you manage wear and tear with asphalt maintenance. Hot rubber crack filler is used to stop water from getting under the asphalt. Once water is under asphalt it can be easily broken, especially if driven on. Our tanker holds 200 gallons of crack filler and can handle any project large or small. We use a melter to heat the material to 450 degrees or until smooth. Then our technicians fill 10 gallon machines and walk over your project area filling all cracks 1/4 inch or larger.

Most lots can be repaired with minor crack filling but for larger scale filling, in some cases it can be best to cut that area out and replace it or in some cases overlay your property. We can easily help you determine which repairs will get your asphalt looking new and operating safely.

Site development is expected for most public works, residential, commercial and industrial construction projects. These projects involve heavy machinery, hand work, and require the right materials.

We love seeing a fresh sealed parking lot with new stripes! It can bring even an aged parking lot back to life. Most parking lots require sealing. Our asphalt sealer mix design contains sand, rubber, latex, and epoxy. With this combination, our signature product has the longest sealer life possible.
